Plugging the Gaps: Bridging PPG, Wearables and CIEDs For a Holistic Approach to Stroke Prevention and AF Management Powered by IronRod
Description
As atrial fibrillation monitoring expands across device types, clinicians face increasing challenges in interpreting and acting on fragmented data. This session explores how PPG-based wearables and CIEDs can contribute to a continuous, integrated approach to AFib management focusing on stroke prevention, patient selection, and the clinical relevance of detected events. We will also examine how to bridge existing gaps in clinical workflows to support more consistent, evidence-based decision-making.
